Hi, I’m Julie!
This site features a mix of things I love: film photography (35mm & medium format), digital work, and creative motion production. I spent six years as a creative producer at Wieden+Kennedy, producing campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in advertising. Now I work as a Senior Producer in the Coinbase Creative Studio leading brand creative work. On the side, I run my own company, Gursha Studio LLC, where I freelance as both a film producer and photographer in the commercial advertising space.
I also make documentary films - My Dying Place just wrapped up a pretty stellar international film festival run.
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me on the mountain either hiking, skiing, or car camping in my early 2000’s 4runner. Likely with multiple film cameras in tow.
Oh, and somewhere along the way I spent four years living in Aotearoa New Zealand. These days I’m back on US soil and calling Portland, Oregon home :)
